Launched in October 2020, the ELIXIR-UK Training Working Group aims to support training in ELIXIR-UK member organisations.
The Group will actively search for funding opportunities and promote diversity and inclusivity of training activities, in particular ensuring that all UK member organisations have training support.
It holds regular meetings that focus on performing/appraising pieces of training work.
The current audience, although not exclusively, is the life science researcher, and the output from the group should be useful for early career researchers. This will broaden as the group grows into supporting participants engaged in infrastructure and tool development.
If you wish to be involved in the group and be invited to the regular meetings, please sign up for the mailing list. Your request will be processed and if you are part of an ELIXIR-UK member organisation, you will be added to the group.
