After the success of the last event, ELIXIR-UK is holding a second Hackathon where we will work on collaborations around ELIXIR-UK services and projects. The event will be virtual and held over three days.
Like the first Hackathon, the event will be centred on collaborations across our existing services and projects such as BioSchemas, FAIRSharing, Galaxy, InterMine, ISAtools, JalView, KnetMiner, RDMKit, TeSS, WorkflowHub and more.
If you would like to suggest an area to work on during the event then you will be able to specify this on the registration form.
We look forward to the exciting work and collaborations which we hope will result from this event!
The Hackathon Projects that will be discussed and potentially worked on are:
- Exporting Galaxy workflows as RO-Crate objects
- ISA-InterMine
- Bioschemas markup deployment, scraping, and exploitation
- Bioschemas infrastructure for profile development
- RO-Crate, Bioschemas, WorkflowHub, Common Workflow Language
