ELIXIR-UK recently announced a new FAIR Data Stewardship Training funded by UKRI.
As part of this we are looking to recruit two Data Steward Trainer and Course Developer roles, who will be responsible for creating training resources for a diverse audience of researchers in the Life and Bioscience domains. These roles will train in research data management and lead the training of a cohort of UK Data Stewards embedded in UK research institutes and universities.
We are also recruiting a Data Stewardship Community Manager who will be responsible for the development, initiation and coordination of a new fellowship programme of ELIXIR-UK FAIR Data Stewards in the UK. They will work with the two content developer and trainer roles to support fellows of this programme to train within their own institutions, and create a contemporary research data management curriculum.
We are excited to be launching this new project and are looking forward to working with a motivated team to deliver our project goals and develop the Data Stewardship community across the UK.
These roles are based at the University of Bradford and are suitable for remote working.
The deadline for all applications is Monday 21st June 2021.
