Who can apply
We invite applications from dRTPs who:
- Have at least three years’ experience in a dRTP or equivalent technical research role.
- Work in a UK research-performing organisation.
- Are seeking to move into informal or formal leadership roles.
- Self-identify as belonging to one or more underrepresented groups.
We aim to support dRTPs who may face additional barriers to leadership, particularly women, disabled and neurodivergent people, LGBTQIA+ professionals, and those from minority ethnic or lower socioeconomic backgrounds. We recognise that experiences of marginalisation can be complex and intersectional. If you consider yourself underrepresented in your institutional context, we encourage you to apply.
