The January Human Data Community call will kick off our 2026 programme of monthly meetings. This session will focus on planning, priorities, and strategic alignment for the year ahead, providing a space for open discussion and coordination across our UK community.

This planning and strategy session will focus on three core topics:

  • Partnering with HDR UK to form a joint community. Discussion on forming a joint human and health data technology community and exploring areas of mutual interest and collaboration.
  • Proposal for an ELIXIR All Hands Meeting (AHM) workshop. Initial ideas for a community-led workshop, including scope, objectives, and potential contributions.
  • ELIXIR Europe 2027–2028 funding scheme – Expressions of Interest. Early discussion of the upcoming funding scheme of ELIXIR for the Human Data and Translational Research priority area, with a focus on community coordination and shaping potential Expressions of Interest.
